This was our 4th year and the best trip ever. We were a group of 11. What a great place to have a reunion.
Scott and the guys had great fishing, and the girls couldn't have had a better Capt. than Josh. He made it a trip we will never forget Great times, Great Food and GREAT FISHING!
Halibut Fishing at False Island Lodge
With halibut ranging from "chickens" to 450-pounds "barn doors", one never knows what will take your bait.
Due to our remote location, we are the only lodge that fishes in the abundantly productive fishing grounds of our immediate area.
We do not have to fish deepwater to catch halibut as we frequently find them in water as shallow as 50 feet. Since there is no competition around the lodge, we have plenty of areas that are rested and never over-fished.
Regardless of what you look for, halibut averaging at 50-pounds, or over 200-pounds, we can usually find the size of halibut you are looking for.
