Words cannot express the special wonder you've shown us on our trip to Alaska and our Stay at False Island Lodge. Whates and their tails, bear mothers and their cubs, bald eagles, and the rich bounty of the seas. Things to do at False Island Lodge
False Island Lodge offers a variety of activities and services. Besides saltwater fishing and freshwater fishing, our guests may spend time relaxing and enjoying hiking, kayaking, biking, wildlife viewing and photography.
In addition, the lodge offer custom packages for those individuals who have a particular activity in mind. Feel free to contact the lodge staff to enquire about any of the activities offered.
You can choose to do a day long kayak trip or it can be an after dinner experience. The kayaks are very comfortable and stable as they suit almost anyone that chooses to try the adventure.
Biking is not to be forgotten as it will keep you in shape after a great day of fishing come and try our miles of endless trails as we are located on miles of retired logging roads.
If it a hike or just a relaxing walk you want then a stroll form the lodge is very nice and easy to get around.
The beaches are very nice and fun to explore and sometimes revel treasures such as buoys and glass balls.
Photography and sightseeing are awesome there is a lot of wildlife such as Black Tail deer and the famous Alaskan Coastal Brown bear. Pictures are endless around the lodge so bring lots of film as you will need it.
